Reprise Strengthens its UK&I Strategy Team with New Senior Appointments.

Reprise has today announced two new appointments to its UK&I Strategy Team to spearhead customer-centric strategies for the company’s growing client portfolio. Claire Elsworth has been promoted to Group Strategy Partner & Flow for Good Lead, with Ed Hockey joining as Group Strategy Partner. Based in Reprise’s Old Bailey offices, they will both work closely with the wider team in London, Leeds and Peterborough to enhance the performance of experience, media and content.

Having worked for Mediabrands for over 10 years at UM, Initiative and Reprise, Claire Elsworth brings a wealth of digital experience to the team spanning media strategy, creative content and digital planning. In her new role, she will be pivotal in Reprise’s new business and client strategy work, as well as focusing on talent development for the strategy team. In addition, Claire will be responsible for driving the agency’s ‘Flow for Good’ agenda, its workstream focused on inclusivity, representation and making Reprise a force for good in the world.

Speaking on her new role, Claire said, “It’s such an exciting time to be joining the strategy team at Reprise. We’re the champions of elevated performance marketing; not just across the brilliant brands we work with, but also across ensuring the way we work means we’re doing right by communities beyond our clients and their customers – something which has been a long-held passion of mine. I’ve been lucky enough to get to work with the very best at Mediabrands over the years, so to have the opportunity to take the next step in my journey with Reprise is a real privilege.”

Further strengthening Reprise’s growing team is Ed Hockey, who joins the team from Unilever where he worked in a number of digital roles, most recently as Senior Media Manager. He brings an outstanding track record in search and performance media, as well as extensive experience in working with clients from his background working at agencies such as Resolution Media and Total Media.

“Having spent over six years at one of the world’s biggest and best brand advertisers, I firmly believe that the interconnection between providing a great consumer experience and driving marketing performance is key. This is what makes me so excited to be diving back into the agency world at Reprise, where there is such a strong focus on supporting client’s growth strategies through a mixture of experience, media and content,” commented Ed Hockey.

Reprise UK&I Chief Strategy Officer Danny Blackburn added, “I’m super excited about the impact Claire and Ed will have at Reprise. They both bring huge expertise to the team as we continue to elevate performance marketing for brands, consumers and communities. The breadth and depth of experience we’re building in the team sets us up perfectly to develop strategies that are truly customer-centric and cover the whole of the customer journey across experience, media and content.”
